Change Companion founder, Dr. Ord Elliott, is a 40-year industry veteran,

Roland has more than 30 years experience as an engineer and management
consultant. He has worked extensively in areas of technical problem-solving,

including companies such as American Express, GE Capital and Shell. Roland is co-author of

Bruce Stouffer, Vice President Sales & Marketing
Bruce has been a senior executive in sales, marketing
and product development for a range of technology driven industries from
investment banking to computer and telecommunications. As Vice-President with
the Perreault Birmingham Group he has capitalized on his broad experience with
both Fortune 500 companies and start-ups to earn a reputation generating
revenue for clients.
Hobart Birmingham, CFO
As co-founder and Managing Director of The Perreault Birmingham Group, Hobey has provided value-driven business consulting and investment banking services to firms in technology-focused businesses. Previously, he was the CAO/General Counsel of Borland Software and Associate General Counsel of Apple. He also spent a number of years in private practice in San Francisco and Tokyo.
Deborah Lewis, Chief Engineer
Deborah is a software designer, architect and development team leader with 30
years of experience in the software industry. Her work has included developing
innovative products in information systems, graphical user interfaces and
object-oriented programming systems and libraries. She combines expert skills
in object-oriented technology and software design with experience in user
interfaces and all phases of software development. She has held positions at
TRW, Xerox, Parcplace-Digitalk and Seagull Software.
Stephen Bartlett, Chief Architect
Stephen is a software engineer, manager and architect with 25 years of
professional experience with OOP techniques in leading-edge environments
ranging from workstations to PDA's. He has in-depth experience in designing and
implementing large-scale client/server and web-based systems and is an expert
on cross-platform development, utilizing major SQL databases and many
languages/specifications. He has held positions at Xerox, GO Corp., NeXT, and
eBay.

Bruce Gates, Analysis & Decision Support
Bruce has 40 years experience as an engineer, business school professor and
software developer. Dr. Gates specializes in providing managers with practical
data-driven solutions to organizational decision problems and has consulted
with a diverse array of organizations including the World Health Organization
and the Oregon Lottery. He developed one of the first microcomputer-based
statistical analysis and forecasting packages that could be readily used by
managers.

architect for a number of successful, large scale

Rosalie has spent 30 years in the field of training and organization

implementing software development lifecycle training for IT groups in
organizations like Cisco Systems.
Peg Maddocks, Technology Integration
Dr. Maddocks has 30 years experience as a multi-talented consultant for
numerous Fortune 100 companies, most recently serving as a Director at Cisco
Systems. Applying principles from psychology, instructional design, process
design, and multi-media, she is especially regarded for leveraging technology
